Brian is a world class personal fitness trainer, a nutritionist, a health coach and he has been involved in a lot of training programs ever since the 1990’s. He also owns many gyms and personal training studio in California. If you are looking for an expert at this, then Brian Flatt is your guy no doubt about it. The ebook is separated into 3 different manuals, each covering its individual portion of the 3 step combo program. The only thing that is common is an introductory chapter for its succeeding chapters, this lays out the basic ideas of the whole 3 week program and in the process clears up misconceptions and misinformation on the topic discussed. The main plot in all of the ebook is the diet plan. Hence the title the 3 week Diet plan, because it will be divided into 3 weeks, and week by week before completion, you get to change your plan to the next one. It will be laid out the food that you should be taking, the food that you should avoid, when to eat them and their schedule during the week.
